These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of appunik.ai (the "Site"), operated by AppUnik ("AppUnik", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree not to: misuse the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or related systems; scrape or harvest data from the Site beyond normal browsing; or use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Content on the Site, including case studies, pricing indications, and service descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes and does not itself constitute a binding offer. Any actual engagement for consulting, development, or related services is governed by a separate signed agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) between AppUnik and the client, which will take precedence over this Site in case of conflict.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by AppUnik or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Information you share with us through the Site or in early discussions will be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and discuss a potential engagement, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Formal confidentiality obligations for an active project are set out in the relevant client agreement.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Case study results reflect specific client circumstances and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for other businesses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppUnik will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
